Thank you for shopping with Classic No Traffic. Because our products are made to order, please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
Made-to-Order Products
All products sold by Classic No Traffic are produced specifically for each customer after an order is placed. As a result, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:
- Ordering the wrong size.
- Changing your mind after purchase.
- Preferring a different color or design.
- No longer wanting the item.
- Accidental purchases.
Please review product descriptions, sizing information, and your order details carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
When contacting us, include:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Clear photos showing the product and any defect or error.
If we determine that the item is faulty or that we made an error, we may, at our discretion, provide a replacement or issue a refund.
Lost Packages
If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the refund is due to our error or required by applicable law.
Depending on your payment provider, it may take several business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional production or shipping charges may apply if the order needs to be replaced or reshipped.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Because orders enter production quickly, requests to cancel or modify an order can only be accommodated if production has not yet started. Once production begins, cancellations or changes may not be possible.
International Orders
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs processing or carrier delays beyond our control.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or exclude any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws. Where local law provides additional rights, those rights will apply.
